Quickly becoming one of the Ontario racing circuits best-kept secrets, the 9 hour is an hour longer than most of the other 'relay' events, but that isn't the only twist. Riders take turns doing laps, but also compete in mini bonus events throughout the day to earn time bonuses towards the main event. Unique prizes, giant cheques, and a fun, low key atmosphere should make this one of the most memorable events of the season!

Enjoy bike tuning from Total Sports with demo bikes from Trek and Gary Fisher. This event was the Canadian debut for the Trek Fuel EX, who knows what they will bring out this year...

New For 2009 - Family Challenge 3-4 Person: Is your family bike crazy? Compete in this fun category to compete against other similarily crazed familys. Also, Teams will recieve an overall ranking to see if your family is faster than what a bunch of randoms can put together!

Bonus Events: Earn time bonuses by competing in these bonus events:
Tricycle Races - Pie Eating Contest - Bike Limbo - Mystery Event

Insurance:
Each rider must have some form of insurance that is recognized by the Ontario Cycling Association. This can be through an OCA supplied or other UCI licence, or a 2008 OCA Citizen Permit, which will insure them for most Ontario events, including all Mountainview events. A citizen permit costs $40 for adults, $35 for 17-18 yrs, and $30 for those under 17. One day insurance permits are also available at this event.
